Mood Group are delighted to advertise this exciting job opportunity on behalf of our client, a leading United Arab Emirates PE Lamination business business. They are looking for a Permanent European Sales Director to join their fast paced and innovative team to be based in Turkey or the UAE. This person will be responsible for the profitable growth of the European market with particular experience in sales of PE Lamination Films, Food & Hygiene. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, possess excellent communication and sales skills, and possess the tenacity to grow the business and achieve market success. Reporting to the Managing Director ( owner ), the successful candidate will be an ambitious, results-driven individual with an outstanding track record in business development and sales, and an ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive market growth. They should have a good relationship management skills, a driven, self-motivated attitude and be able to work autonomously with minimal direction. They should be able to develop processes and procedures that facilitate the growth of the business and be able to confidently represent the company at conferences and events. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of at least 5 years in a similar role; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Masters ideally in Marketing; International sales experience; a good understanding of the PE Lamination Films, Food & Hygiene markets; an ability to travel across Europe; outstanding communication and negotiation skills; and experience in problem-solving and decision-making.
