Our client is a strategically significant business who have a presence in locations in the Middle East. They have an amazing portfolio of influential clients, as the business continues to expand the career and lifestyle opportunities achievable are significant. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of success in a Sales Director capacity and have particular experience skills in sales and HoReCa. The successful candidate will act as a senior influence on behalf of the organisation, helping to ensure the business thrives and continues to reach it’s goals in the UAE and abroad. To excel, candidates must possess the following experience and expertise: Proven and extensive experience in a Sales Director role. A deep understanding of the HoReCa market and success delivering projects within that space. Experience managing a sales activities for large, complex accounts. Have an established market presence in the UAE and/or abroad. Experience with managing a large sales budget and have a track record of success in achieving sales quotas. A strong record of innovation with demonstrated success at turning ideas into significant projects and market successes. An approachable and confident team player with the nature to take initiative and possess the ability to engage and win new accounts.
