As a Production Manager, you will provide leadership, direction, and guidance to all employees in the production team. You will be responsible for supervising the process of creating displays to supply customers in Event Fabrication, Exhibitions and Retail Fit Outs. Assignment Requirements The ideal candidate will have sales experience within a production environment and hold relevant qualifications. Your role will involve liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries for both local and international customers. You will be responsible for assigning tasks and meeting project deadlines, providing timely updates to teams. You will also be responsible for motivating and developing staff members, training and offering advice on good working practices; measuring the progress of staff and ensuring procedures are followed in order to meet completion targets. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in a production managerial position, with an exceptional understanding of production management and safety procedures. You will have exceptional leadership skills, and be able to take charge of the team to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient, cost-effective and consistent way. Previous experience leading international projects is beneficial, as well as a reliable and efficient attitude to completing work and requirements.
