We are currently recruiting a Commercial Director - Rigid Plastics to lead their commercial strategies in Kuwait. Reporting directly to the Executive Board, this pivotal role involves spearheading ambitious sales growth, diversifying export markets by capturing new clients for their core product offerings, and developing a comprehensive three-year diversification and marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting export sales of over 300 tons per month, leading a high-performing commercial team, and mentoring future leaders within the organisation. Key requirements include a minimum of 10 years' experience in sales within the plastics or packaging sectors, with at least 5 years specifically in preforms injection sales, complemented by an understanding of other product segments. A proven track record of delivering sales targets, developing successful marketing strategies, and leading major diversification initiatives is essential. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to present a strategic plan for the diversification strategy, support achievement of KPIs, and develop committed, high-potential talent within the commercial team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in business, marketing, or engineering, coupled with extensive experience managing large-scale sales teams and strategic market expansion. Accomplishments should include successfully launching new products, penetrating new markets, and achieving revenue growth targets in highly competitive environments. Leadership qualities such as mentoring, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement will distinguish top applicants.
