Conduct preventive maintenance visits to ensure optimal performance of equipment. Instruct customers on the day-to-day use and maintenance of hardware equipment and software collateral. Complete intervention reports with customer sign-off and keep knowledge up to date through continuous learning. Conduct product installations, training, and demonstrations, reflecting deep technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
