Our client is actively seeking a motivated General Manager to oversee daily operations and contribute to the company's strategic development. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing office functions including order processing, liaising and negotiating with suppliers and customers, overseeing receipt and distribution of stock, processing invoices and POs within the accounts system, maintaining quality control procedures, and hiring and managing staff. This dynamic position requires someone who thrives working independently, taking full ownership of operations, and working closely with the company's directors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the packaging and labeling sector, with a minimum of five years’ experience, showcasing leadership, organisation, and negotiation skills. Fluency in Cantonese and English is essential, with Mandarin language skills considered a valuable asset. While a degree-level qualification is preferred, it is not mandatory if you possess demonstrable industry experience and leadership capability.
