Your Role:

As the Head of Business Development for Global Markets, you will lead the expansion of the overseas home furnishing products business while serving as the spokesperson for the company. Your primary objectives will be to drive sustainable financial growth, foster strong relationships with international clients, and execute an effective marketing and sales strategy. Your responsibilities will include leading a team, developing a growth strategy, evaluating the value chain, identifying new markets, negotiating with customers, and analyzing global market trends. Furthermore, you will be responsible for recruitment activities, monitoring key sales metrics, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales strategies.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 20 years of experience with international customers

• MBA Marketing/International Business

• At least 4 years in a management role
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets in a challenging environment
• Proven ability to build rapport with stakeholders and customers
• Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills
• Willingness to work outside standard business hours and travel extensively
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and experience with CRM
