The successful candidate will bring expert knowledge of ESKO solutions including ArtPro and Automation Engine, alongside a mastery of various plate-making processes (flexo plates and CTP plates). A minimum of 10 years in a similar capacity, particularly in the flexible packaging sector with solvent-based flexo printing experience, is essential for driving success in this pivotal position. As part of the selection process, candidates will showcase their technical skills through a live working session on submitted files, followed by a psychometric assessment.
