As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will be instrumental in driving and supporting the implementation of global HR processes and guidelines at the site level. A deep understanding of local labour laws, alongside a high sense of quality and responsibility for HR topics, will enable you to effectively address business needs. We are looking for a candidate with strong business acumen who is pragmatic, trustworthy, and assertive, yet diplomatic. Resilience, proactive thinking, and structured problem-solving are essential as you manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ability to forge strong and collaborative relationships will be key to your success in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills to articulate, convince, and mediate effectively. Your experience in consulting and coaching, complemented by strong analytical skills, will be vital in driving permanent HR process optimizations. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential, and familiarity with SuccessFactors is advantageous.
