Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Director for our client's packaging business. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the marketing and packaging industries with proven depths of understanding and experience in sales and marketing. The Sales and Marketing Director is required to advance the company’s brand’s awareness to drive impactful, results-driven sales initiatives in the flexible plastics, rigid plastics and cartons packaging sectors. The Sales and Marketing Director will collaborate and coordinate with other senior management and marketing team members internally as well as external stakeholders. Requirements: • 5-7 years’ of proven experience in a senior marketing and/or sales role within the packaging industry • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and establishing a positive atmosphere to ensure goals are achieved • Business acumen, entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mind-set, and an emphasis on execution and results • Strong interpersonal skills for networking, relationship building and key stakeholder management • Demonstrable track record of driving sales initiatives with a focus on ROI and growth • Marketing qualifications are preferred • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics Ideal Candidate: The right candidate for the role should have experience in leading/managing a sales team toward the achievement of objectives.
