Our client is seeking a **strategic Sales Director** to oversee and propel their London sales operations. In this pivotal role, you will lead a talented team, acting as a critical commercial link between their state-of-the-art offshore manufacturing capabilities and the UK’s premier publishing houses. Your core responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to capitalise on the organisation’s global scale, driving market expansion within the book production sector, and managing key accounts to foster long-term partnerships with Tier-1 UK publishers such as Penguin Random House, Hachette, and Usborne. Alongside overseeing team performance and growth, you will coordinate intimately with production teams in Dubai to ensure customer fulfilment aligns seamlessly with factory capacity and technical demands. To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong track record of achieving revenue objectives and possess a robust network within the UK publishing industry, with expertise that spans production standards and commercial print sales.

The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of senior sales leadership experience within the UK publishing or commercial print industry.
