Our client is actively seeking a ** Sales Director - Films & Rigid Plastics**, to join their team in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee multiple business segments, focusing on Preforms and Closures, Paper Cups, Films, and Flexible Packaging. With a sales revenue responsibility exceeding 600 million AED, this role demands a strategic, results-driven leader with comprehensive experience in managing diverse product portfolios at a senior level. Your remit will include driving business development initiatives, expanding into new geographical territories within the MEA region, and strengthening relationships with current and prospective clients. You’ll work closely with the executive team, particularly the CFO and CEO, to shape the company’s sales strategy and ensure sustainable growth.
 
A proven track record in managing P&L and leading cross-functional teams is essential, along with the ability to navigate a fast-paced and culturally diverse environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience as a Sales Director within the packaging or plastics industries, ideally with a focus on films and rigid plastics. A relevant university degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is highly desirable. You should demonstrate a compelling history of exceeding sales targets, successfully managing complex portfolios, and leading high-performing teams.
