Our regionally successful and innovative client seeks a Sales Director – Flexible Packaging – Saudi Arabia – Jeddah, who will be responsible for leading their market for Flexible Packaging. With our client being a leading player in their respective geographies and with a strong and solid workforce of 750+ employees, this individual must have a proven track record in the Sales Director role or at least a highly experienced Sales Manager. The purpose of this role is to drive growth within the company, customer/ distributor relationships must be managed efficiently in order to ensure that customers fully understand the product portfolio and are open to continuous business growth with our client. This role is also responsible for customer service from inquiries to pro-active sales and must be capable of finding and closing opportunities that and increase revenue. We are seeking a candidate who has an excellent knowledge and understanding of the industry and who has the ability to propel the business forward. The successful candidate should possess a minimum degree in Business Management, Marketing or a similar field. A minimum of 5-7 years Sales experience, preferably gained in the plastic/ Polyethylene film industry or allied fields, is also required. Proven success in the achievement and implementation of sales strategies and customer/market strategies should also be evident.
