Our client is now seeking an experienced Key Account Manager – IML Labels to spearhead their business development efforts across Europe. This pivotal role is based in Turkey and/or Eastern Europe, offering a fantastic chance to work closely with a talented team and oversee the growth of their innovative packaging solutions. The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, highly independent, and possess a proven track record in packaging sales, specifically within the IML labels segment or related sectors. Your responsibilities will include developing targeted market strategies, acquiring new clients within FMCG, retail, food & beverage, and cosmetics sectors, as well as managing existing key accounts. You will act as the primary commercial liaison between European customers and the company’s production facilities in Dubai, ensuring seamless communication, timely project delivery, and long-term customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include implementing effective sales and business development strategies, identifying new business opportunities, leading negotiations, and supporting revenue growth targets. The role demands a candidate with a minimum of 5+ years’ relevant industry experience, strong knowledge of packaging materials, offset printing, and commercial print processes, along with existing networks within the packaging and printing sectors. Fluency in English is essential, with additional European languages being a distinct advantage. The ability to work autonomously, manage multiple stakeholders, and travel extensively across Europe are critical to success in this position. Experience coordinating with overseas manufacturing or production facilities will further set you apart.

The ideal candidate will typically hold a background in packaging, printing, or labels, coupled with a solid record of B2B sales within European markets. You likely possess a strong network among packaging buyers, converters, or FMCG brands, and demonstrate a commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. You are a proactive self-starter, capable of defining and executing strategic sales initiatives independently, with a keen eye for market development and customer engagement. Your experience in coordinating complex projects between regional clients and international production sites ensures you can drive growth effectively.
