We are currently recruiting a Sales Manager - Inks to spearhead their efforts across targeted geographies. This role, based in Beirut, Lebanon, or potentially remote elsewhere, involves developing and executing direct sales strategies for the company’s diverse range of printing inks, including water-based and solvent-based formulations. Key responsibilities include establishing and achieving sales targets, nurturing new customer relationships, analysing market trends, supporting product and pricing strategies, and coordinating closely with manufacturing, marketing, and customer service teams. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in selling inks, with a clear track record of managing accounts and driving revenue growth. Proven expertise in solvent and water-based flexo and gravure inks, along with a keen understanding of market dynamics in targeted regions, is essential. Fluency in relevant languages and a sound technical knowledge of printing and inks will support success in this role.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, goal-oriented professional with at least 8 years of experience in sales and account management within the packaging inks sector. An educational background with a university degree, coupled with proven technical competence, will be essential. Their profile will include exceptional negotiation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a talent for building and maintaining strong client relationships. Comfortable in fast-paced environments, they will demonstrate strategic thinking, independence, and an ability to prioritise effectively across short- and long-term goals. Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal—are key to interacting confidently with diverse clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless operational workflows and customer satisfaction.
