Job Description

As the Senior Engineer (Technical), you will play a crucial role in the launch of a new range of Flexo plates, providing essential product knowledge to the team members and customers. Your responsibilities will include training customers on plate handling, production, and storage, as well as assisting with product trials and providing technical support. Additionally, you will be instrumental in resolving any technical issues at the customer's end, ensuring a seamless experience.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Minimum Qualifications: BE/Diploma in Printing Technology
• 7+ years of experience in Flexo Plate making/Trading company
• Excellent communication skills, strong customer knowledge, and technical expertise in plate making processes
• Understanding of machine calibration, exposure, and polymerization
• Proven market intelligence and a strong network of contacts within the plate making industry
• Up-to-date knowledge of competitors and their products

Preferred Qualifications

BE/Diploma in Printing Technology
