As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in operating across the MENA and Asia regions. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and electronic problems, rebuilding cables, understanding and following schematics, as well as independently maintaining spare parts requirements. Having a strong understanding of servo drives and PLCs, with programming PLCs being an added advantage, will be key to your success in this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of equipment, providing operator training, and preparing all necessary documents after service and PM calls, while maintaining timely communication with customers. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum qualification of B.E/B.tech in EEE or ME and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, coupled with good analytical performance and the capacity to lift 40 Kgs of weight, are essential. While 2 years of experience in a similar field is preferred, freshers are also encouraged to apply.
