Role Overview & Key Requirements
Our client is seeking a talented and driven **Account Manager** to join their team in Casablanca. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the principal liaison between a major FMCG client and the company, overseeing all print and POSM projects with a focus on exceptional client service, project management, and team leadership. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple production timelines, motivating a diverse team of suppliers and partners, and consistently exceeding service level agreements to deliver top-tier results. Ideally, you'll bring a background rooted in Printing, Print Sales, Print Management, or Advertising Agencies, with proven experience in managing print and POSM projects. Fluency in English is essential, and familiarity with Morocco’s market landscape—either through residency or work history—is a prerequisite. The role demands a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset coupled with outstanding communication skills to uphold and nurture client relationships and internal stakeholder collaborations effectively.
