Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Production - Print Management to join our client’s team in Riga. In this full-cycle role, you will oversee Print and POSM orders from inception through to final delivery, ensuring exceptional quality, timely execution, and full client satisfaction. You will build strong, consultative relationships with clients, supporting their goals rather than merely servicing accounts, and actively contribute to business growth through innovative project solutions.
Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end projects—planning, organising, and overseeing execution from initial brief to delivery. You will act as a technical advisor, selecting appropriate technologies, materials, and finishes, preparing quotes and specifications, and collaborating with suppliers and vendors to optimise production processes. Monitoring project milestones for deadlines, budget adherence, and quality standards will be critical, along with proactively addressing any issues that may arise, all while tracking industry trends to recommend innovative print solutions.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of client service experience within an advertising, marketing services agency, or print management environment—preferably with a blend of account management and production responsibilities. You will demonstrate a proven ability to oversee comprehensive projects, viewing creative, DTP, and production as interconnected elements, ensuring cohesive delivery.
Exceptional organisation skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle multiple projects seamlessly are essential. A keen eye for detail and a strong grasp of numerical data will help you manage budgets effectively. Fluency in English at level B2 or higher is required, given the client’s international customer base, including contacts across Poland, Nordics, and the Baltics. Knowledge of the printing and POSM industry will set you apart, enabling you to communicate technical specifications with confidence.
