About the role: We are now actively recruiting for the agency’s first Project Manager in Copenhagen. Your primary focus will be managing print and POS projects from initial quote through to final delivery, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. As a highly valued point of contact for clients and internal teams alike, you will build strong, results-driven relationships with your clients, supporting their objectives while actively contributing to the growth of the local operation. You will take full ownership of project delivery, planning, and oversight, acting as both a technical advisor and a reliable partner in navigating the complexities of print production. Your responsibilities will include managing supplier communications, selecting suitable technologies and finishes, preparing detailed quotes, and ensuring projects remain feasible and profitable. Additionally, you will prepare compelling offers and presentations to showcase the agency’s capabilities, monitor project timelines and budgets, and proactively address potential issues. Staying ahead of industry trends and recommending innovative solutions will be key to exceeding client expectations.

Candidate profile: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in client service within an advertising, marketing services, or print management setting, ideally with a blend of account management and production expertise. You will have a demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end projects, viewing creative, DTP, and production as interconnected components. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential qualities. A meticulous eye for detail and a strong numerical aptitude will underpin your success in this role. You should be highly proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to meet deadlines and achieve objectives. Fluency in English (at least B2 level) is required, as you will be engaging with international clients across the Nordic and Baltic regions. Knowledge of the printing and POSM industries, along with a passion for industry innovation, will put you ahead of the competition.

Why apply? If you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment where your expertise directly impacts project success and client satisfaction, this is your chance to make a meaningful contribution to an expanding, reputable agency. Demonstrate your expertise, initiative, and enthusiasm by highlighting what makes you stand out—be it a specific industry insight, a knack for problem-solving, or a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Your experience and proactive approach will ensure you are positioned for a rewarding career in a forward-thinking company committed to your professional growth.
