They are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead their sales division and drive the expansion of their business across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As the Sales Director of the Printing & Packaging Equipment and Consumables division, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. You will oversee a team of sales professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize market penetration and customer satisfaction. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a deep understanding of the printing and packaging industry in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share for the Printing & Packaging Equipment and Consumables division. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities to optimize sales efforts and propose product improvements. Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and product positioning. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment, timely delivery, and exceptional customer service. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, technological advancements, and emerging trends to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a senior sales leadership role within the printing and packaging industry. Strong network and knowledge of the printing and packaging market in Saudi Arabia. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business expansion. Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Fluency in Arabic and english.
